- Due diligence of a Slovak corporation active in the exploration of exclusive deposits and the creation, securing and liquidation of mines and quarries on behalf of the client, a Polish investor interested in acquiring the corporation
- Advising clients on labour law matters
- Advising clients purchasing and reselling commodities, seeds, fertilisers, pest-control chemicals and motor fuels
- Participating in the due diligence of major Slovak corporations doing business in electronic communications and telecommunications leading up to their acquisition
- Drafting contractual documentation and providing comprehensive legal service to a major Slovak developer in negotiating and entering into contracts with tenants in a new shopping mall located in a large Slovak town
- Advising a Slovak private TV station and representing the station in litigations
