Mr. Martak started his career in our office as a law assistant. After completing his studies, he continued as a legal trainee and, in 2023, passed the bar exam with honors. In his practice, he specializes primarily in the areas of intellectual property, civil law, commercial law, and litigation. Mr. Martak actively engages in providing comprehensive legal advice to clients, especially in complex legal disputes that require detailed planning and mastery of procedural tactics at the highest level. Within these disputes, he represents clients before general courts, the Constitutional Court of Slovak Republic, and the European Court of Human Rights. In addition to his expertise in litigation, Mr. Martak has gained significant experience in the field of intellectual property law, focusing primarily on trademark issues. He provides clients with comprehensive legal representation before the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic, the World Intellectual Property Organization, and the European Union Intellectual Property Office. His greatest strengths lie in his ability to bring innovative solutions and strategic planning to the cases. Thanks to this approach and his professional foundation, he achieves results of equal quality to his more senior colleagues.
