• Advising on acquisition in more than 20 corporations that do business in primary crop and livestock production including the acquisition of assets through the sale of an undertaking, and together farm tens of thousands of hectares of land
• Advising on the law of cooperatives, client’s business endeavours in the area of cooperatives including the transformation of cooperatives and disposal of shares in cooperatives
• Providing comprehensive legal services in the acquisition of an interest in a joint venture of a major hybrid mail operator in Europe
• Drafting transactional documents concerning a third entity (major oil and gas company in CE) joining a joint venture - one of the largest suppliers of information systems for fuel stations in Slovakia
• Providing extensive legal support in setting apart assets of a client in agricultural business in Slovakia to move them to new entities and subsequent sale of one of the entities to a third party
• Providing comprehensive legal services in the merger between the client and other manufacturing companies to consolidate its business in the production of mineral waters and other non-alcoholic beverages in Slovakia
• Representing clients in a commercial dispute (and incidental lawsuits) concerning the protection of the position clients held as shareholders of a corporation undertaking a major investment into a real estate development and the protection of interests of these clients in the corporation
• Advising on the relationships within a shareholder structure of a corporation leading up to the acquisition of self-service fuel stations and other assets required for their operation
• Providing legal support in the acquisition of shares in a major Slovak pharmaceutical company
• Advising on a sophisticated structure of client’s ownership interests in the agriculture sector across Slovakia, resulting in the diversification of its shareholdings, producing dozens of new entities and making doyens of in-kind contributions (in the form of ownership interests, member interests, shares of stock or undertakings) to the capital or transfer of ownership interests
• Advising on the relationships within the shareholder structure of the client’s company leading up to the acquisition of 100 % interest in one of the largest providers of comprehensive print, delivery, and direct marketing services in Central Europe
• Advising on the sale of ownership interest of a client in a company engaged in forestry in an area of hundreds of hectares of forest land within one cadastral area
