JUDr. Trstenský is the founder of our law firm, a founding member of the original Chamber of Commercial Lawyers of the Slovak Republic, and the first chairman of the KKP examination committee. In his practice, he has always focused primarily on financial and tax law, employment law, and social security law, having historically served as CEO of Slovenská poisťovňa a.s. (Slovak Insurance Company). His impressive curriculum vitae includes extensive publishing activities, serving in advisory bodies of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the CSFR and the Minister of Finance of the Slovak Republic, as well as membership in the presidium of the arbitration court at the Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry, presidency of the Slovak Insurance Association and Green Card Slovakia. He currently serves as a member of the executive board of the Alumni Club of Comenius University in Bratislava and is a partner at G. Lehnert.
