Krisztián Tóth, LL.M., is a trainee lawyer at G. Lehnert. He studied law in the United Kingdom and brings a different vantage point to the team — a working knowledge of common law principles and an understanding of EU norms from outside the domestic tradition. He focuses on corporate and commercial law, financial law and cross-border matters, and advises in English and Hungarian. He approaches each assignment analytically, purposefully and with an eye for detail, looking for the root cause of the problem while keeping the client's wider commercial objectives in view. He is convinced that good legal advice must be not only legally correct but also practical, commercially workable and easy to understand. Bringing together several jurisdictions, businesses and different perspectives is where he naturally adds value.
