Mgr. Marťák began his career in our law firm as a legal assistant. After completing his studies, he continued as a trainee lawyer and in 2023 passed the bar examination with honors. In his practice, he specializes primarily in intellectual property law, civil law, commercial law, and litigation matters. Mgr. Marťák actively provides comprehensive legal advice to clients, including in complex legal disputes that require detailed planning and mastery of procedural tactics at the highest level. In these matters, he represents clients before general courts, the Constitutional Court, and the European Court of Human Rights. In addition to his expertise in litigation, Mgr. Marťák has acquired considerable experience in intellectual property law with a primary focus on trademark issues, where he provides clients with comprehensive legal representation before the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic, the World Intellectual Property Organization, and the European Union Intellectual Property Office. His greatest assets lie in his ability to bring innovative solutions and strategic planning to cases. Thanks to this approach and professional foundation, he achieves results of equal quality to his more senior colleagues.
